General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites, applications, and online platforms operated by Command Results, LLC. A "Client" is any natural or legal person who places an order with Command Results, LLC, whether through our secure payment platform or via an approved alternative method.

Article 1a: Age Limit

We provide training and related services to adults. Clients must be 16 years or older to purchase physical or digital products, and 18 years or older to purchase services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars. Any client who does not meet these criteria will be refunded, and access to products or services will be revoked.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed on a site or platform belonging to Command Results, LLC constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Article 3: Prices

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are exclusive of applicable sales taxes unless otherwise indicated. Prices may be changed at any time; however, the price applicable to an order will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order, including for pre-order products. We accept credit card payments through secure online payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). The security of online payments is governed by the provider’s terms and cannot be attributed to Command Results, LLC.

Article 5: Delivery

Digital products and training content are delivered electronically to the email address or account specified at the time of order. For any physical products, delivery will be made to the address provided by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

Command Results, LLC collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable U.S. and Colorado privacy laws. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for order fulfillment, account management, and marketing communications related to Command Results, LLC products and services. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the link provided in each email.

Article 7: Applicable Law

These General Conditions of Sale, and any transactions entered into hereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All training materials, frameworks, documentation, videos, and other content provided by Command Results, LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Command Results, LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for their own internal business purposes. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from these materials without the prior written consent of Command Results, LLC.

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access, cancellation of licenses, and pursuit of legal remedies under applicable law.
